Comments: 5c- at time of inspection, raw eggs found in bucket out at room temp- temped and found to be 71dF. were voluntarily discarded by cook and corrected 2e + 7f- at time of inspection, foundpreviosly cooked pan of home fries out at room temp- temped and found to be 70dF cook said she just got done cooking them 10 minutes ago. Cook admitted she did not temp them when she was done cooking them. I checked their food testing thermometers and found them to read 28dF, 22dF, and 23dF in an ice bath. I recalibrated them. Home fries were reheated and corrected 15a- floor is dirty under equipment 15b- light is not working in beverage air cooler corrected 12d- self- closing device is not working on employee restroom door 9c- employees are not wearing hair restraints when preparing food corrected 10b- upstairs attic storage - some foods are stored on floor which is not smooth and easily cleanable. Shelving is made of wood and is not smooth and easily cleanable. Also shelving under grey prep counter in main kitchen is worn 8d- pizza boxes are stored on floorcorrected 9b- employees are not allowed to drink in food prep area corrected 16- cpr kit is not available corrected
