Spoke with owner who stated he started to re-heat soup in crockpot about 10 minutes ago. Allowed to re-heat in microwave and corrected. Soups must be re-heated on stove or microwave prior to being hot held in crockpot. 8b - Two bins of in-use utensils in standing water, owner removed utensils from standing water and corrected. In use utensils must be washed,rinsed, sanitized or stored in food product. 11A&C - Qual sanitizing bucket did not register on our test strip therefore not sanitizing food contact services. Owner made up new Quat sanitizing solution, was instructed to make up new soution every morning - corrected 10b - Shelving unit in downstairs walk-in cooler is bare wood and not smooth and easily cleanable 12E - Paper towels and dispenser missing at hand washing station in kitchen 2C At 11:35 Found two cartons of raw eggs in Raetone refrigerator stored on top of celery and lettuce. Cook removed eggs from cooler and corrected. Also found about two pounds of macaroni salad and one pound of potato salad sitting on top of a container of raw chicken wings. Containers were moved and corrected. 12C - Plumbing under bar sink leaking into plastic bin. 8A - One case of beer found on floor in bar area and downstairs walk in cooler has cases of beer on floor
