Comments: Casolwood Golf Course, re-inspection conducted Wednesday afternoon. All cleaning solutions and chemicals are properly labeled and stored. The upright refrigerator that was found to be not holding at proper temperatures will be removed from the operation, it is now unplugged and will be removed when the new one is delivered. The floor in the dishwashing room has been cleaned and repainted. All lights are properly shielded. Restrooms are adequately maintained and supplied. Thermometers are available and installed throughout. The kitchen menu is reduced to hamburgers, hot dogs, and deep fried foods after this coming weekend.
