Per field visit - closet with sewer connection has dry cardboard on floor with a small amount of water by wall and odor of sewage. Told Manager the sewage odor has to be corrected. The unisex restroom has a weaker off odor of sewage in it. Told them they need to keep the floor clean and neutralize the odor. The facility will be re-inspected in two days in regards to this issue. |
