Morning cleaning schedule has been modified to address salad prep area, including walls, food contact surfaces, and floors. Touch-screens and equipment handles are now included in mandatory cleaning after each shift. Ansul system has been cleaned. Employees now begin food temperature logs when restaurant first opens in the morning.
