Please note the outside walk in cooler wooden platform appears to have water damage and may become structurally comprimised if not already. Also the walk in freezer (outside) has a noisy cooling unit that is lacking the fan shroud, FYI Also improvements noted including repaired kitchen screen door, plastic sheeting ceiling above basement ice machine, convection oven and deli slicer.
