Observed soups cooling in walk-in cooler in same method. Discussed cooling without a lid. Discussed storage of utensils at breakfast buffet. Observed UV disinfectant reading of 89%. Floor tile in front of ice machine has been replaced from previous inspection.

Checked UV water monitoring equipment during inspection- meter was reading 89%, light was operating (did not collect water sample during inspection).
