Discussed proper use of utensils with Bartender during inspection and also routine hand washing. Bartender to notify Kitchen Manager to schedule a food training exercise in near future.

The following items have been corrected from previous inspection: 11D- kitchen stove and microwave have been cleaned. 15B- Fan covers have been cleaned in walk-in cooler. 12E- Soap available in small interior kitchen. 10B- Lip of ice machines clean (upstairs and downstairs), shelving unit has been cleaned in kitchen walk-in cooler.
