Comments: Observed waiter transferring a spinach salad from a clamshell dish to a plate. After inverting the salad to the plate the waiter proceded to pick through the salad with his bare hands. Placing cherry tomatos and baby carrots on top of the salad. The floor in ther back of the kitchen is in disrepair. Door gaskets around the walkin cooler and the walk in freezer are in disrepair and are covered in mold Floor of the walk in cooler is not smooth and easily cleanable. The inside of the icecream cooler is covered in rust. The floor under the mian cook line is covered in food debris. Excessive mold growth noted through out thedish wash area. The glass front double door cooler used to store beer has standing water in the bottom of it. The doors are covered in mold growth.
