Plastic sheeting and insulation removed from walls in this area. Food is no longer stored in this area ; dry storage has been relocated to office. Access points in walk in cooler walls have been plugged. No evidence of rodents in walk in cooler. Some areas in office and near dish machine still have rodent droppings, though; these areas should be cleaned and monitored for future evidence of rodent activity. Recommend continuation of integrated pest management to decrease rodent population. Continue baiting and trapping along with control of food and water available to mice. |
