Owner states that Patti came out to inspect hood and Cookline once it was installed. Menu expanded from ice cream and bbq to include sandwiches, pizza, pasta, steak, burritos, nachos, surf and turf, desserts (cheesecake, etc.). BBQ outdoor facilities used Saturdays and also travels to private and public events. Owner states that he has temporary permit for public events. Disposable gloves available and being used correctly. 3 bay sink being used correctly. Has been closed for past 3 days. Business is an LLC and this is not listed on the permit-do they need a new one or to do anything to correct this? Everything about the business is the same. |
