This is in place primarily for support of the line, but is also used to catch any overflow from the indirect drain. The drain line should have better support installed and the occasional overflow can be dealt with by increasing the diameter of the funnel used in the opening of the indirect drain, or installing drain stoppers or plugs in the drain line for the sink compartment that allows staff to drain the sinks slower. This would allow the staff to minimize if not do away with any problems from the indirect drain overflowing from letting the water out too fast. 3) Notice of inspection letter was left with staff at the time of the inspection. |
