All shelves are properly ordered/arranged. All refrigerators and coolers are maintained clean and have thermometers installed. Dishwasher operates at proper temp and sanitizer is available and observed. The ice machine was found to be adequately clean, and discussed a regular cleaning schedule/routine. UV light observed to be functioning. Owner/operator is complimented for overall cleanliness. |
