Owner states blue cheese was placed in walk-in cooler yesterday. Owner states Batavia Restaurant Supply replaced two broken fans in walk-in cooler following previous inspection. One new thermometer observed in black Emerson cooler behind service counter accurately measuring 38 degrees F. Emerson cooler is used for holding single serve dressings.
