Comments: Inspection conducted during very busy time. Thermometers present in all coolers. Walked in and the kitchen staff were all wearing gloves. Ice cream dipper wells were all running properly. Plenty of refrigeration space and storage. Building is old and is rented. Any extensive changes need approval. Walk-in freezer in the very back of the building for ice cream storage. maintenance person was there to check on the sandwich prep units during inspection.
