Comments: No sewage or waste water is present on floors in establishment. Toilets are functional and do not back up from drains. Plumbing repairs appear to be sufficient. Floor in front of three bay sink has been repaired with new tiles. Follow up in about three weeks will address outstanding issues from Reinspection dated 9/26/16; these violations were not addressed at today's inspection. Violations related to closure of establishment were addressed, and have been resolved to the inspector's satisfaction. Effective immediately, establishment is approved to reopen and begin food prep and service.
