Comments: Violation 1H: As per bartender, plumber was here yesterday to correct violation, but soda machine has to be disconnected at the same time. Bartender is coordinating plumber and soda person, trying to complete repair/installation on 9/11/17. Violation 5A: Perforated pans were installed in top of flip top refrigerator to circulate air. Air Temperature in the bottom of the unit was 38 F. There was only a head of lettuce and a container of pickles and a container of garlic in oil that had just be placed in the top of the unit and were not yet below 45F. Lobster salad in the lower part of the flip top refrigerator had an internal temperature of 40 F.
