Air Temperature in the bottom of the unit was 38 F. There was only a head of lettuce and a container of pickles and a container of garlic in oil that had just be placed in the top of the unit and were not yet below 45F. Lobster salad in the lower part of the flip top refrigerator had an internal temperature of 40 F.
