Bar area ok, restroom and waitress station ok. Facility scheduling spring cleaning shortly. No evidence to validate complaint.

Discussed internal storage bin for bread; one which can be sanitized. Bread box still will require a cleaning/sanitization. Discussed the implementation of a routine cleaning schedule of floors and walls, which includes area behind grill line. All hot/cold holding temperatures appropriate. Hand wash station ok. Glove usage noted. Thermometers ok.

Staff received education about handling of garnishes to prevent bare hand contact. Dishwasher operating at 100 ppm. Migoli cooler operating within acceptable limits. Discussion with staff about more thorough cleaning and necessity of removal of personal items. Sprayer line above grill top appears to be non-food grade hose. Extinguishers in kitchen expired 2013. Follow up 2-3 weeks.
