Corrected by removal of all hazardous foods from this unit to walkin refrigerated unit that can maintain 45 F or less. Discussed. One and one half pallets of raw, whole eggs noted out at room temperature opposite griddle area in front service line area. Thermocouple readings of said eggs noted at 68 F. Corrected by immediate refrigeration of eggs in walkin unit that can maintain 45 F or less. Discussed. Takeout containers and lids not stored bowl side down atop front service counter area. Front counter steam table light fixture shields not noted wtih end caps. Basement ceiling light fixture above preparation table not noted with end caps.er door gaskets of basement walkin refigerated units noted with mold accumullationWooden shelving units in basement area not noted as smooth nor non porous.
