She stated that snack stand water supply is turned on every morning at 5:30. Today there is a large outing and the Ranger was late in getting the water switched on. I told Allyson person in charge that handwashing must be done prior to food prep. If there is no water, FSE is to remained closed or just sell packaged products until water supply is on. |
