Comments: Certified Food handler is not present ( I do not recall the owner working at the store during past inspections. The manager said that the owner will be in next week as had a death in the family). Additional person needed to be on-site with the Food Protection Manager course when the owner is not present. Comments: All previous violations abated. Steam table temperatures are very good -150 to 180 degrees Fah. Facility is taking and logging steam table temperatures and using ice baths to cool food. Ensure cooling food temperatures are checked with the thermometer. Required cooling temperatures discussed and brochures in spanish were given on last inspection. Keep up the good work.

Operator said leak was fixed and unit was repaired. Food items in refrigerator were reading below 45 degrees F at time of inspection. Dial thermometer in reach-in refrigerator was reading 41 degrees F.
