Comments: All previous violations abated. Steam table temperatures are very good -150 to 180 degrees Fah. Facility is taking and logging steam table temperatures and using ice baths to cool food. Ensure cooling food temperatures are checked with the thermometer. Required cooling temperatures discussed and brochures in spanish were given on last inspection. Keep up the good work. | ||
