Comments: The 4C violation cited during the September 3, 2015 inspection, pertaining to overflowing water from the waste water line in the basement, was discussed with Susan, NYSDOH engineer, Aimee, village of Inlet Code Enforcement Officer, Megan and Brandon, operators, and myself, NYSDOH Sanitarian. The plumbing fix that was installed yesterday, October 26, 2015, is an acceptable fix to the health code violation refunded above. Addtionally: 1. The previously cited violation of an unacceptable ceiling above the ice machine will be corrected in the next day or two, and a picture of the correction will be emailed to our office prior to the issuance of a new permit. 2. It has been agreed upon that the previously cited 3-bay sink violation will be corrected by November 1, 2016. The operators will submit specifications for the 3-bay sink prior to purchase and installation of the unit. Numerous violations from the September 3, 2015 inspection have been corrected. The remaining violations need to be addressed by January 15, 2016. These violations include 8D, 10B, 11D(3), 15A(3), 15B.
