Air temperature in walk in freezer is at 26 degrees and some items appear to be unthawing. 6 large sheet trays of cooked sausages were placed into freezer to cool shortly before inspector arrived. This large amount of hot food product along with busy lunch period and morning delivery appear to be the cause.
