Chicken and rice soup made with previously cooked rice and chicken found to be at 200 degrees and actively temped by operator. Stand up refrigerator temperatures are adequate throughout. Walk in temperatures adequate. Discussion of separation of personal items if stored in refrigerators. Education given on all deficiencies.
