Comments: The Edsel Bain Marie air temperature was measured to be about 37 degrees F and that of the Berg (New) Bain Marie was measured to be about 42 degrees F. According to the operator, the Berg Bain Marie was received from the manufacturer without the compressor being hooked up. This was the condition of the unit when the previous re-inspection was conducted last year. This unit now has the compressor functioning and working. The owner also stated that his attorney and the attorney for an interested party are conducting discussions about selling this restaurant. They said that a potential buyer from Long Island would like to purchase this restaurant. This potential buyer also owns about 200 acres in the Delhi area. Report e-mailed. | ||
