Lena explained that though previous discussions/meetings with our office, since minimal food prep is done that an indirect drain on this sink is not required. To follow up. 2. To avoid confrontation with the hostile operator, exited the facility by the back door. Was unable to finish inspection and was unable to complete an exit interview with operator.
