Observed a large table top in front of ventilation grates for smoking room which may possibly be blocking air flow to this room. The table was moved away from vents. During inspection a visible non smoking sign at bar could not be found. Did find a small sign near restroom door. Operator will place a more visible sign at bar. Operator made no structural changes to the smoking room. Ventilation Operating as designed. All items at smoking room were addressed and facility is in full compliance at this time. Waiver will expire in 3/31/2017. Discussed with operator must submit a renewal request prior to that date. Food service: Instructed operator to please call your inspector to report all items addressed on this inspection report today as soon as corrected and as soon as possible: 518-793-3893. |
