Comments: The purpose of this inspection was to evaluate violations from the previous inspection by this Department. - At the time of this re-inspection the two door reach-in refrigerator was properly working and holding potentially hazardous food at below 45F (Measured 36F). From this evaluation of the equipment the operator appears to have satisfactory satisfied the Abatement noted on the Enforcement Action taken by this Department. The operator has been reminded that this unit is to maintain all potentially hazardous food items at or below 45F at all times.
