Reach in salad cooler with prep top is currently not operating to maintain temperature but no food items stored in the cooler at this time. When the cooler is used for lunch and dinner service, each item is iced down to maintain the temperature at 45 degrees F or below. Monitor the temperatures regularly. Invoice on site from ABC Refrigeration for repairs of salad and prep coolers. Ehrlich is contracted for bi-weekly service.
