Small fire occured in portable broiler unit; broiler unit cannot be used until inspected and serviced to ensure ni further fire hazard exists. At time of field visit, establishment was open and operating. Affected area had been fully cleaned and sanitized. Discussion with managers explained that in the event of a fire, the establishment should close, contact OCHD, and wait for an inspection of facility conditions and permission to reopen.
