There is a foul odor in the basement at time of inspection, recommend to run plenty of water down the sinks perhaps the traps have dried out, causing sewer gas to come into the building. The basement kitchen would be fully cleaned and have no odor before being used. However, there is not a set date to reopen that kitchen. Also note that the sushi area has been moved from the far corner of dining room on main floor to the end of the bar. There is a hand sink in this new sushi area.
