Comments: Upon arrival, the operator was working dilligently to correct an electrial issue with the main freezer. The freezer was lacking power, but the operator had purchased ice to keep the freezer in temperarure. Food temperarures measured below 45F in the freezer. The freezer power had been restored by the operator prior to the end of the inspection.
