Comments: Parmesan cheese sauce was not held above 140F. The actual temperature was 136F. This was corrected by voluntarily discarding. Paper towels were missing at the handwash sink. This was corrected by placing new towels at the sink. The floor by the grill was greasy. Shrimp was thawing on the counter. This was corrected by placing the bag under cold running water. One sink's cold handle is broken and employees have to use a tool to turn it off and on. The insides of the coolers by the grill are dirty. Cold temperatures on the buffet were Potato salad 42F, Pico 44F, and Coleslaw 40F. Discussed the ill foodworker policy with the manager.
