Reviewed weekly cleaning schedule and includes flushing kitchen floor drains with boiling water for flies. Recommend add a little soap or cleanser to water. Discussed with the food service manager procedures re: boiling water for one minute before using for food prep, dumping ice machine and used bagged ice, bottled drinking water and brushing teeth until boil water is lifted. Kitchen posted signs with instructions for food prep staff inside kitchen. Brilled cheese sandwiches, Tomato soup =155 degs (boil in bag, no water added), before put into holding ovens.
